About Me

I am a clear thinking, confident person with a strong desire to learn new skills. Having recently finished a degree in statistics at the University of Plymouth, I enjoy the use of statistics and am a member of the Royal Statistical Society. My passion for the subject extends to the design and building of a web-site about the popular statistical software R: http://riki.wikidot.com
Through my six years experience of working in a family run pub, I have gained vital team skills and a positive attitude to work. Having been independent from the age of sixteen, I have proven myself in roles of responsibility in both my personal, educational and working life.
I have been involved in several community projects including Barclays Young Enterprises, where I was also asked to join the panel that helped decide future funding for their projects. I have maintained a healthy and competitive lifestyle by running, cycling and playing squash.
